Our community outreach programme supports families who cannot afford veterinary treatment for their sick or injured animals. Without intervention, many of these animals would be left to suffer untreated due to poverty, limited access to veterinary care, and a lack of education about where to seek help or what steps to take.
At Animals of Our World, we believe treatment alone is not enough. Alongside providing urgent veterinary care, we work closely with families to share practical education tailored to their animal’s species, age, and common health risks. Our goal is to leave owners feeling informed and empowered, with the knowledge they need to recognise illness, provide basic care, and seek help when needed.
To create long-term change and reduce future suffering, all outreach patients are sterilised before discharge whenever medically appropriate. Sterilisation helps prevent unwanted litters, improves long-term health, and reduces the likelihood that animals will face neglect, abandonment, or repeated medical issues in the future. By helping animals become healthier, stronger, and protected from preventable suffering, we can create lasting impact for both animals and their communities.
